Getting my feet wet...

My good friend Dan Garner has convinced me to start using this blogspot, especially since I can't update my regular web site.

The cool thing about the blog is that you can feel free to comment on it. When I had a guest book on my web site people used to put the nicest comments in it, but now that it's gone I rarely hear from anyone. There's a link to my e mail on the site, but somehow it just doesn't get used like the guest book did.

Update on December gigs...

Every Tuesday I'll still be at the Holiday Inn from 7 to 11 p.m.... My dear friend Harmony runs the bar there so I look forward to this one every week, as sometimes it's the only time she and I have a chance to catch up. Chris Pierce (a local comedian) will fill in for her from time to time and he's great company, too. Stop by and visit if you can, sit in if you like.

I'll now be at Cambria every Wednesday and Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m.. They're nice people there, and the food smells really good - though I admit I haven't had a chance to sample any of it yet. The milk is fresh and ice cold, though - I can vouch for that. The bartender Jeff has a tall glass ready for me every time I go.

So far that's about it for December - pretty quiet.

upcoming gigs

Where to find me in December...

So far, you can find me every Tuesday night at the Holiday Inn downtown on Lake Street, from around 7 till 11 p.m.

Every Thursday, 7 to 10 p.m., I'm at Cambria - a cool Italian restaurant on Ashley Ridge. Take Line Avenue south until you see Outback, turn left and you'll find it.
